I asked Annie to come and help me with my bedroom, particularly my wardrobe after it had become a bit of a depression pit (clothes mountain was threatening to avalanche onto my bed). She was kind, calm and non-judgemental with my needs and her communication was clear and easy to understand. She worked closely with me beforehand as I'm on a tight budget so we came up with some cheaper storage solutions and temporary fixes until I could implement her solutions at a later date. With her help we managed to reduce my overflowing clothes pile to a point where it all fits into my wardrobe (with space to spare!) and a few drawers in my new kallax unit (I'd just like to add that she's an expert at making IKEA furniture too!). I now actually have floor space in my room, can see all my items of clothing and have rediscovered t-shirts and other items that I thought I had lost! Overall, I managed to donate 8 black bin liners of clothing that I don't wear anymore, and bin a further 6 black bags of rubbish. Thank you so much Annie, I'll be forever grateful for your help and kindness.

I never expected an online consultation to have such an impact on my home and my mindset! We arrived to our new home in chaos after an awful removals company just dumped our things and the new home was way less ready than expected. Annie helped reorder, plan and re-envisage what things could be like both short and long term. And more importantly she gave me motivation and realistic achievements. No shame, no judgement just encouragement and genuine love and support. Can’t wait to have her here in person for phase 2! ❤️

I would really recommend 'Declutter with Delight': Annie was professional, very easy to talk to and really worked with me,listening to my requests, making good suggestions when I wasn't sure whether to keep certain items. Annie struck a great balance: I never felt forced into getting rid of anything, yet she encouraged me to get rid of things that no longer served me.

Annie had some great ideas and storage solutions that I didn't even know existed but make such a big difference to the aesthetics and functionality of certain spaces.

My wardrobe is now so much more functional, efficient, and much nicer to look at. Everything has its place and is easy to find, and I definitely wear more variety now: I open it and don't just reach for the same few outfits, but because everything is displayed and organised nicely, and I know it all fits/ I like it, I weirdly feel like I have more choices, even though I actually got rid of several bin bags of stuff! It feels good too that at Annie's suggestion, we donated anything I no longer wanted to charity so that hopefully they will get reused and not wasted.

Annie was very patient and understanding: I thought the more sentimental items might be hard to go through, but she listened to their stories and never judged when I decided to keep items that perhaps others wouldn't. She understands that items can come with memories and meanings behind them.

There were a few things I decided to get rid of that I wondered if I'd miss but I haven't regretted anything at all.

I will definitely be booking future sessions with Annie to look at other areas of my home.
